1. Copy the whole Code from any free tumblr theme, which starts with !DOCTYPE html.
2. Go to your tumblr account. Click on Settings gear button on top navigation bar.
3. Click on your tumblr blog, whose theme you want to change.
4. Click "Theme"
5. Now click on Edit HTML.
6. Select All (Ctrl+A) the whole code in the black window and delete it.
7. Now Right click the mouse and click paste. The code which you copied earlier will be pasted in the black window and click Update Preview and then click Save.
8. Click the Back Arrow on the left, then click Exit. You will be taken back to the Dashboard again.
