Installing apps to iOs devices is very easy and can be done with different methods. The apps of the App Store have .ipa file extension, thus if you want to download applications online then find apps with .ipa extensions.
For all those who want to install apps manually this is what you will have to do:
- Connect your iOs device to your computer.
- Open iTunes.
- Open Apps, if you have an older version of the app then select the app and right click to delete the app.
- Now, open the location where your present version or the current downloaded version of the app is. And double click the app or press enter after selecting the app.
- iTunes will open again, if you haven't deleted the previous version of the app, then you'll see a pop up asking to replace the app or don't replace. If you choose don't replace then delete the old version of the app manually.
After the app is synced in the Apps section, re-connect your iOs device and click on it.
- Go to Apps tab of your iOs device. Select the apps you want to sync to the iOs device and click Sync.
- Click Done when your iOs device completes syncing.
- Now you can see your iOs device to check the new app installed.
