How to get Authorization Code to Transfer Your Domain in Godaddy

Authorization Code is also known as the transfer code or the transfer key needed to transfer the domain from one registrar to another. 

The transfer key helps in initiating the transfer of the domain in a safe and protective manner. The code acts like a password known only to you, it is the main step in making you transfer the domain to another registrar. 

The following steps shall make you get your Authorization Code in your GoDaddy domain.

Log in to your Account Manager.

Click Launch in front of the Domains tab.

The Domain panel will open in a new tab or window, click the domain name you want the Authorization code for.

In the Settings tab under the domain settings, you'll see Authorization Code beside it click Email my code.

Once you click Email my code, a dialogue box will appear. Click Send.

Now check your email you should have got your GoDaddy Authorization Code to transfer your domain.
