Why you can't downgrade from iOs 7?
Well, the answer is simple, Apple has stopped "signing" older versions of iOS; the ones that you would want to install on your devices to replace iOS 7. Apple has been doing this since awhile, they give some kind of signature to their softwares, so when the Apple stops the signature to work, the software associated with that signature stops working too which eventually means that Apple has stopped signing the software for any more downgrades.
